¿Do I need to provide my measurements for the mask to be made?

No, all of our masks are made in a standard adult size unless otherwise stated in the listing. If your order is customized, we will contact you at the email address you have provided to request all the necessary information.

¿How quickly will my order be delivered?

All of our items are made to order unless otherwise stated in the listing.
The usual manufacturing time is two to three weeks. Once delivered to the shipping company, it takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver the package, depending on the destination.
Shipments are made from Ambato, Ecuador.

 ¿Can I cancel my purchase?

You can contact us to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order, and we will refund you in full.
